Return Policy
In the event you feel a return is necessary please know that ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be approved via email.
Returns lacking approval will be refused.
Due to quickly moving inventory we are unable to offer exchanges.
If you choose LOCAL PICKUP your return window starts on the date your order is placed, not from the pickup date.
To receive approval, you must email us at help.christophersonspring@gmail.com.
Make subject, RETURN APPROVAL, include order number, item name, and reason for return.
If the item meets the criteria, you will be e-mailed return instructions.
- All returns must be received WITHIN 14 DAYS of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, deodorant, makeup, perfume and pet hair free condition.
- All Sale, Bodysuits, Bralettes, Intimates, Hats, Fragrance, Jewelry and Accessories including hair accessories are FINAL.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached if applicable. Items returned that are not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 25% restocking fee.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox MUST be returned undamaged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
- Damages to items must be reported WITHIN 7 DAYS prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
INCORRECT ORDERS:
While we will make every effort to ensure all orders are correct, please remember we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. Let us know WITHIN 7 DAYS by emailing us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
